A deliciously balanced salad featuring a blend of frisee (aka curled endive), kale, and red cabbage. Topped with apples and pomegranate arils. Served with a side of our apple cider vinaigrette (apple cider, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, kosher salt, fresh thyme). Paleo. AIP. Gluten-free.
