What days can I pick up meals? 

Meals will be available for pickup or delivery every Tuesday and Friday from 4pm to 6pm.

What are the heating instructions?

Oven - recommended for best flavor

  • Transfer to oven safe dish and cover with foil
  • 15-18 min at 350°f

Microwave

  • Remove lid and cover with paper towel
  • 1:00 - 2:00 min

When does the monthly menu change?

The first Tuesday of every month.  Saturday at midnight is the deadline to order meals for Tuesday pick up or delivery. Wednesday at midnight is the deadline for ordering a meal to be picked up or delivered on Friday. Beginning on last Thursday morning of every month, you will be able to order foods from the next months menu to be picked up or delivered the following Tuesday or Friday.

Do I need to be home to receive and order?

No. We will text you when the order is delivered to your doorstep. However, we recommend putting your order into the refrigerator within an hour of delivery, especially during the summer months.

What diet plan suits my needs?

Subscription Meals

Enjoy the convenience of having 5, 10 or 15 meals automatically delivered weekly! Our Chef selects our most popular meals of the week and we deliver them right to your door. No need to place an order each week, plus you save up to 12% on our locally-sourced, healthy meals. 

The meals will be a blend of meals containing Grass Fed Beef, Pasture Raised Chicken or Premium Pork. Our Chef will determine the meals each week. We are, unfortunately, not able to make any substitutions.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel before midnight on the Saturday before your order is to be delivered. You can edit or cancel your subscription in your online account or by calling 512-809-3661
