We are excited to bring you a colorful and varied selection this Spring, starting with our April menu. We have updated most of our breakfast items, including our Coconut Chia Parfait which will feature a delicious mango puree this month. Take a peek at our Breakfast Menu!
Be sure to also check out all of our new Lunch selections and Dinner options which include our Signature / Mediterranean and Paleo / AIP-friendly entrees. Many of our selections are also Gluten-Free as indicated at the end of each item's description.

Signature / Mediterranean
Our Signature Menu is Mediterranean-based. A Mediterranean diet promotes heart health by incorporating lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and herbs. It is not a restrictive diet but rather promotes moderation and is well-balanced.

Paleo
Based on foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering, a Paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. It avoids foods that became more common when farming emerged, such as dairy products, legumes and grains.

AutoImmune Protocol (AIP)
An AutoImmune Protocol (AIP) diet aims to reduce pain and other symptoms caused by autoimmune conditions. It eliminates ingredients that individuals living with autoimmune conditions may choose to avoid with guidance from their healthcare team, such as gluten, dairy, peppers, legumes, nightshades and spices.
Family Style Meals
Dinner is a breeze with our healthful, fresh Family Style Meals! Relax and enjoy a nutritious family dinner without the hassle and mess of cooking. Our chef-prepared dinners comfortably feed a family of four. They feature grass-fed beef or pasture-raised chicken, and highlight local ingredients.

Subscriptions
Receive 5, 10, or 15 of our most popular entrees each week. Choose from Signature / Mediterranean & Paleo / AIP options. No need to place an order each week and you save up to 12% on our locally-sourced, deliciously healthful entrees. All the meals contain Grass Fed Beef, Pasture-Raised Chicken, or Premium Pork.

Our meals are made with grass-fed beef, organic pasture-raised poultry, and premium antibiotic-free pork. Our produce, honey, and other ingredients are organic and locally sourced whenever possible, and our to-go containers are sustainable and compostable.
